Hi, my name is Alex. I like watching things on old VHS tapes. I also like the band Oasis. So naturally in the days after attending an Oasis concert in late 2025, I took some of the footage I recorded on my phone and put it onto a VHS tape. I showed the video to a friend, who suggested that there would be people out there who would love to see their own modern videos look like this. I wasn’t so sure, but I did some research and it turns out I’m not the only one with 90s nostalgia. I’m also not the only one who wants to see their modern videos in VHS style without resorting to unconvincing filters or AI. I never threw out my VHS tapes or my VCR’s knowing that maybe one day I would make use of them again.
And so, I’ve created Digital Video to VHS so that anyone can have their crisp 4K videos, whether it might be train footage, a wedding video or a 80s/90s commercial now look like as if it came from a bygone era!
